Roster Verification Access
·
5/7/25: LDOE will continue to
update rosters in Roster Verification from EdLink360 data through 5/29/25.
o
Keep in mind that if a
teacher verifies a roster, the system will lock the roster and block all
updates being sent through EdLink360.
o
To update the roster once locked,
the teacher must un-verify the roster and allow for a
nightly sync.
o
The roster must be verified
again to lock it.

5/21/25:

The 2024-2025 Roster Verification User Guide has been updated and reposted.

6/4/25:
o Roster
Verification has been extended until COB 6/27/25. The refresh from
EdLink360 to Roster Verification will continue through 6/26/25.
Roster verification
ensures that teachers are assigned to the correct courses and classroom rosters
of students for the purposes of value-added (VAM) analysis. The data in Roster
Verification will be used to calculate a teacher’s VAM score even if the
teacher and/or the principal does not verify the roster.
Teachers instructing ELA,
Math, and Science (grades 4-8), and Algebra I, Geometry, English I and English
II courses (all grades) should verify their rosters, as they are eligible to
receive VAM scores.
○Teacher instructing
Social Studies (grades 4-8) are not required to verify rosters as the
assessment is in transition.
During
the View Only period, Roster Verification is populated from the current
EdLink360 data submitted by the school systems.
