· For Extracts dropped
by 5:00pm on Saturdays through Thursdays, the results will be available in
EdLink the following morning between 8 am – 9 am.
· For Extracts dropped
by 5:00pm on Fridays the results may not be available in EdLink until Sunday
afternoon.
· Student, Staff and
Calendar & Attendance user guides include information regarding the order
of processing full extract files and the partial extract files.

We are aware of a system outage that is
currently impacting EdLink360. We will provide updates as soon as they are
available.
o UPDATE:
EdLink Security has been updated and access should be restored.
·
Please
be aware that the Progress WS_FTP Server and Web Transfer Client (https://sftp.doe.louisiana.gov/thinclient)
will be unavailable Wednesday, May 7th from 5 pm to 7 pm for
scheduled maintenance. During the maintenance window, OTS will install the latest
WS_FTP software release and security patches. The following LDOE Secure FTP
hosts will be unavailable during the maintenance: DATAMGMT, DQFTP, ECC3, EDFIN,
NONPUBLIC, PORTFOLIO, PRR, SCFTP, and SCHOOL.CHOICE.

Phishing
Emails:
At the beginning of this
calendar year, there were reports of phishing emails that looked like they were
sent from LDOE. These emails did not come from our inboxes or email addresses
and were phishing attempts. Thank you to those of you who caught it and
reported it to us immediately! Please continue to use caution when clicking
links in your emails. As many of you did, please also continue to reach out to
LDOE if you are concerned about a suspicious email. We will continue to respond
letting you know whether or not you should regard it as an authentic
email.
If you suspect a phishing
email, please send a screenshot of the email to DOESecurity@la.gov.
